care at prices that make sense in today’s economy. The Bright Smiles Membership is not dental insurance. The Membership is a savings club, similar to one purchased at Sam’s Club or Costco, allowing
members to achieve specific discounts on dental treatment. After payment of an annual fee, members will receive the following:
