Sittason Family Dentistry

David Sittason DMD, Payton Sittason DMD, and Blair Sittason DMD were all born and raised in Hartselle AL. Each of these Hartselle Dentists graduated from Hartselle High and then attended the University of Alabama graduating with Biology degrees and later graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry (later named UAB School of Dentistry). David Sittason DMD and his sons enjoy being able to practice in their hometown community that was initially established by the late Bob Sittason DMD. Dr. Bob moved from Decatur to Hartselle after graduating from dental school in 1957, and he eventually opened his own family practice on Highway 31 at the current building of Sittason Family Dentistry. Dr. Bob worked for 33 years and had the opportunity to work the last three years with his youngest son, David who graduated from dental school in 1990. David Sittason DMD took over the practice in 1993 and has recently been joined by his sons Payton Sittason DMD and Blair Sittason DMD.

David B. SIttason, DMD was raised in Hartselle, AL and graduated from Hartselle High School in 1982. After high school, David attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1990, he joined his father, the late Dr. Bob Sittason in 1990, and then took over his practice in 1993. He has over 30 years of experience and actively pursues continuing his education in all branches of dentistry, and works to build strong relationships with his patients.
David Sittason DMD is married to Jennifer Raley Sittason and they have four beautiful children; Payton, Blair, Sloan, and Grace. David Sittason DMD attends First United Methodist Church and is actively involved in Rotary and Hartselle Quarterback Club. He is also a member of the Alabama Dental Association (30 years), and Eighth District Dental Society.

Payton Sittason DMD grew up in Hartselle, AL, and graduated in 2010. While in high school, Dr. Payton played both varsity football and basketball. After high school, he attended the University of Alabama and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Payton went to the UAB School of Dentistry and graduated in June of 2019. During dental school, he met his wife, Bradee, and got married in August of 2019. They both currently live in Hartselle and his wife practices dentistry in Athens, AL.
Payton has enjoyed making a difference by improving smiles and getting to know patients, some that have been in the practice now for three generations. In his free time, he enjoys going to Alabama football & basketball games, going to several live music shows a year, and traveling. He and his wife attend the First United Methodist church in Hartselle. He is a member of the Alabama Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association.

Blair Sittason DMD
Blair Sittason DMD grew up in Hartselle, AL, and graduated in 2013. While in high school, Blair played both varsity football and baseball. He had the privilege of playing on the 2011 state championship football team. During high school, he also met his wife, Sloan Godsey Sittason. After high school, he attended the University of Alabama and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Blair went on to the UAB School of Dentistry and graduated in June of 2021. He and his wife currently live in Hartselle with their Goldendoodle, Miller. His wife teaches at Hartselle High School and their son Grayson was born November 2021. Dr. Blair’s favorite part of dentistry is getting to know his patients while improving their oral health. In his free time, he likes to watch all sports, attempt to play golf, and spend time with his family and friends.
